Marcy Muldrow Sanders is the University Program Director at Florida A&M University and the Florida State University System. Prior to joining NSIN Marcy spent six years in the public-private military and defense and economic development ecosystem managing contracts and grants for the Florida Defense Support Task Force with Enterprise Florida, Inc. Her experience with the State of Florida includes managing multimillion-dollar risk management/reinsurance portfolios for companies in receivership; program development, management, and implementation; fraud and compliance auditing, and accounting, budget, and financial services. Marcy is a retired Navy Commander with a specialty in Anti-Submarine warfare. She has an extensive background in Navy program and policy development, program management, budget, and manpower. Marcy holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University, master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a Doctor of Public Health in Epidemiology and is a Certified Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Florida.
